I suffer with back pain all day long,have been for about 2 years. I read the review on this product,took the advice to go a size bigger,got the king size,and the difference in the amount of relife in my back,that lasts all day is nothing less than a God send. I really didn't think it would make a difference and so for the price I said (what the heck) I have told everyone I know about this product. all I can say is i Love it!,going for the pillow next.enjoy your sleep!
I placed this topper on a couple of beds. I have one bed that is firm and one that is medium with a pillow top. It makes a huge improvement on a firm foam bed - it quickly gets you to sleep. It also improved the feel on the medium pillow top but not as dramatic. On both beds I wake up feeling alot better. I would highly recommend this. On the bad side it took a few days for the urethane smell to dissapate. So you may want to plan accordingly.
I woke up every morning with major back pains and sore all over. I thought it was because I was pushing 50 but now I know it was just my mattress. After reading many reviews I was torn between this topper and the 4 inch topper. I went to my local walmart and the 4 inch was out of stock so that made the decision easier. I aired it out one night and then put it on top of the foam mattress pad I already had. I got a great nights sleep. Before I would toss and turn all night. Not now! The first night my lower back still hurt but my other aches and pains were gone. On the 2nd night my lower back didn't even hurt. Before I could barely get out of bed and walk every morning because of the pain. Now there is no pain. I can't believe I've suffered this long when I didn't have to. I'm not sure how this topper would feel without the regular foam pad under it. I think it would still be wonderful. Another wonderful thing is that I don't think my husband is snoring as much! I didn't want to spend alot of money on a mattress topper, so for the price you can not beat this one.
If your mattress is too hard and you are thinking of buying a new one, save yourself some money and buy this matress topper. I still get the support from my mattress, but my body (and back) doesnt ache anymore. Love it.
I bought this for a very uncomfortable mattress...it is so comfy and cozy now...I strongly recommend this product..
This product surpassed our expectations...especially since it was so reasonably priced. The ONLY thing I might improve is that it could be aout four inches wider...so that it went completely to the edges of our king-sized mattress.
I've been spending the summer on a sofa bed - The memory foam topper saved my back! Also it didn't break the bank to purchase it - thanks Wal-mart!
This mattress topper was what I expected but I thought that it would be a little more comfortable than it is. It's only 1.5" so the 4" more expensive one probably would have felt better. But it does help me sleep better.
this pad is extremely comfortable like those gel insoles except for your whole body. However the item is an 1 1/2" smaller then a twin bed on both sides the length is fine.
It was suggested to get a size larger than the bed you have, thats what I got. The queen pad fit my full bed exactly right out of the box! It was hard to put the sheet back on the bed, it was pretty tight! Now that Ive used it for a few weeks, the pad has expanded and hangs over the edges. So, I personally dont suggest buying larger. Just deal with the pad being a bit too small. You dont sleep at the edges of the bed anyway. I got the pad for my cramping upper back. It seems to cramp more with this pad since I have to lift myself out of the pad to roll over, BUT, I dont have to roll as much as I used to either. This pad has helped my lower and middle back a great deal. I would recommend this product to anyone with back pain.
