My 3month old shih tzu loves this! Its the only brand she'll eat and tolerate. Her coat is beautiful and silky
I have a Malti-Shi (part Maltese & Shih-Tzu) and it is 10 weeks old. He has been a very picky eater and this is the only food I have found that he will eat and cleans his bowl everytime.
I know it just says that there is an new look but I'm sure the recipe improved. My 7 week old mini golden would not eat the one in the pink packaging (oatmeal I'm the name) but he inhaled the chicken and rice yellow/orange label. I actually returned the pink packages not realizing it was the "same." Glad the new one is what he prefers. (But the lamb is still his favorite.)

We tried several brands of dog food for our new puppy, Bella. She would eat them at first but after a week, she refused them. Finally we tried the wet food small breed puppy by Natural Choice and she loves it! She's been on it a month now and eats her bowl clean in just a few minutes. When Bella is happy everybody is happy!
I feed both of my dogs Nutro products. My basset gets a different type since he is older but my 6 month old Chihuahua really loves the stuff. And it is easy to find at any pet store.
When we got Riot he was 4 weeks old and very malnourished. After trying 10 or more brands and varieties of dog formula and puppy food we got him to FINALLY eat this!! Our puppy loved this! We had to give him some powder medication, and used this to mix in with his dry food. He ate his food so quickly, and always looked like he wanted more. It did make him a little runny, bu that could have been because he wasn't used to wet food.
These were very helpful after our puppy needed tooth extraction surgery and had to stick to soft foods only for a while. He loved the taste and happily finished it. My only gripe is that I wish they were bigger...our pup needed multiple packs in one meal to fit his weight.
I've been feeding this to my puppy since he was 9 weeks old. Seems to have always been easy for him to digest but he's not necessarily "excited" at dinnertime anymore. He is now 11 months old and will be ready to transition to adult food soon. I will definitely try an adult flavor of Nutro to see if he likes it better.
