Fast delivery; product fit my expectations
this is really nice and the racks are just what I wanted but the tape that they include for the parts where it fits together is not very good. I anticipate problems with rusting in the future.
This is a very nice shower rack. Delivered on time. Recommend when installing to measure length needed by putting in place, pull spring section up snug against ceiling and mark bottom pipe where it will go against top of tub. The chart they give for this did not work out for me.
For $40, I expected higher quality. Additionally, before ordering PAY ATTENTION TO THE HEIGHT. After performing what must have looked like a comedy skit to put it all together - it's awkward to put together, btw - I put it in my shower, only to find that it was about 4" too short / didn't reach the ceiling. To top things off, I called the customer service dept at 4:55 ET to see if they have a way to resolve this and a recording picked up to tell me they were closed and open between 8 am and 5 pm ET. Pretty frustrating!
Very wobbly, not super secure. Looks like it won't last very long. Not worth disassembling to return. It's organized and convenient though. Next time I'll have to pay a little more for one that is a little more sturdy. This one I'd say is over priced for the quality
For the $50 that this item costs, you can find MUCH better. For starters, it's flimsy. No part of this unit makes you feel as though it won't fall apart almost immediately. Second, the silicone pieces they give you to help keep the shelving stable, do next to nothing of that sort. If you bump or so much as remove an item that you've placed in the basket, it'll twist or turn on you. Be prepared to constantly readjust/ be fiddling with the silicone pieces.
Missing 2 parts. Useless to me. I emailed company to request parts like the booklet says. They replied saying parts out of stock. I'm returning to store.
Wobbles, not sure why because all connections are together, guess it's just low quality. Do not recommend. will be returning
It was about a foot and a half too short and seemed pretty cheaply made. Measure your shower before you order and then find the specifications and see if it fits your ceiling height. Some extended longer than others.
Item was difficult to assemble but looked great in the shower. After a few days, it literally fell on my head while showering. The knobs on the top and bottom are supposed to be ""anti-slip"" grips. But they are not. I even tried to glue the top knob to the ceiling and floor. That didn't work either. Very disappointed.
