It looks strong and sturdy and the parts look genuine. I have been using it for a month now and I am satisfied. The Shipping and pick up experience was excellent at Pickering Walmart
Nice design, compact yet holds a lot of water. The top opens easily and opens wide enough to put your hand inside if you need to. It would be easy to clean. I use it everyday. I really enjoy using it. There is a water level view panel to see how much water it can hold which makes it easy to fill. There is a lever with an orange light indicator to turn it on. The cord can be extended or shortened from the base. It's just got everything I need it to do. It's my absolute favourite kettle.

Does its job of boiling water , but heavy pot even filled with half of the pot. Base is big for a small counter. Cord is also short .
I like the handle and way it pours comfortably. The metal sides get extremely hot so must be cautious. Wish the water level window was on the side...can't view it where it is very well so I end up popping up the lid to fill rather than just using the spout to fill it up.
Simple and dependable. Our last kettle was expensive with fancy settings - and it leaked
I bought this kettle in store about 6 months ago (unfortunately do not have a receipt) and lightly used it. Now the filter (not removable) is degenerating and leaking black residue in the water. Contacted T-Fal customer support and was asked to send pics and video then received a reply to clean with vinegar and water. Tried that and it only exacerbated the problem! Very disappointed in the poor quality and lack of support from T-Fal.
