Fine cameraeasy to use and easy to install. Image clarity is excellent and support is great. There are absolutely no complaints and there have been no problems. There are more expensive cameras available but this one works extremely well
I purchased Thinkware front dashcam after I was hit by another driver and they tried to claim that I went through a red light. I also purchased a rear dashcam because of all the aggressive drivers tailgating. To protect your asset and family, I highly recommend to purchase the front and rear dashcam, including the hard wiring kit which allows for recording while your vehicle is parked. After plenty of research, I chose Thinkware over other dashcam products because the hardware and software are above average than the other products out there. Installation was straight forward.
This is awesome I have been victim of the insurance fraud twice it will now stop. I got it because I was noticing on my ride home and on my ride to work everyday people were aggressively pulling in front of me and slowing down. Today I purchase this dash Cam I posted it on social media and it immediately stopped. They were trying to commit insurance fraud and that would have been the third time it happened to me. I think all cars should come standard with Thinkware dash cams.
I'm very satisfied with Thinkware's dash cam. This is my 2nd product with them and both cams have worked flawlessly. I have tired dash cam from similar competitors and they do not compare. I recommend Thinkware to my friends when they ask about dash cams.
I bought this in November of 2020 and It's been great since then. Nothing has gone wrong with the dashcam or the app. It was super easy to set up and connect to my phone for easier use. The mobile app is super easy to navigate and has lots of extra features I didn't even know it had right when I bought it. I highly recommend this dashcam to anyone looking for a nice and reliable cam. I recently cracked my windshield from a rock that flew up from a car in front of me and all I had to do was contact Thinkware to get a new sticky pad to put on my new windshield. 10/10
My husband and I have been wanting a dash cam for a really long time. After months of research and talking to numerous installers we opted for the Thinkware Q800pro. So far we love this camera. I was able to easily install this on my own using the OBD cord method for the parking sensor to work (cord sold separately), I have never done anything like this before. The video quality is great, although, sometimes grainy looking and hard to see at night but not enough to make a big difference. There are some issues with the app connecting but Thinkware is aware and working on it, hoping for an update soon. Customer service is easy to reach and extremely helpfull. Overall we are super happy with this purchase!
Mine works great, but even with a 64 gig memory card it will not record more than 5 hours at a time, even with over 75% of memory card remaining, tech support recommended a larger memory card, but what's the point, it won't even fill up the existing 64 gig card. No setting to change resolution to gain more time. For me, for no more than I travel, it works ok, the voice pick-up on the microphone isn't as great as I had hoped, but the resolution of the video makes up for it. The night vision 2.0 is more than outstanding ! Mine makes 5:45 a.m. look like it's 10:00 in the morning ! I did not buy the rear camera option, but wish I had. It records in MPH, your GPS location, and even shows your vehicle on a map, side by side with the video. The downside is that it records in 1 minute increments (that are downloadable), but each 1 minute increment is 144 Megabytes, making it almost impossible to share with anyone on the internet, unless you share it on dropbox / onedrive /etc. You need to make your own decision, for me, this is .... O.K

Over all very easy to install and find the correct placement. One improvement would to make it easier to understand how to review the play back. It sinks quickly with my cell phone on each start up.
Sleeker design. Good button placement. Horrible video quality for a QHD. Had it replaced for bad quality video. But new one also has same quality video. Cannot read license plates day or night, near or far. It always start speaking for 15 seconds every time you start your car. It's really annoying. Can turn it off. But then you won't get audio when a incident occurs at parking mode. Very bad software design.
