I love how we can always be connected and it definitely helped with my stress. The watch is great to wear, has different shape colors, which makes it entertaining for my son to wear. The watch charges super fast, and so far we didn't have any issues with it and it was on point all the time.

It give parents the peace of mind knowing that they can track where their child is at all times. Also, parents can call the watch! The features are intuitive and very useful. For example, the parent account can control which numbers can call the watch (the watch is essentially a phone).

The app was easy to download and connect to. This smartwatch can measure your steps and activeness. My favorite thing besides the fact that my child can wear it to school is the fact that it has gps so I can always know where she is and the fact that she can call me, her mom or even 911 if she needs to. This watch is such a relief for me. I definitely recommend it to parents and loved ones of children. Makes an amazing gift.
My daughter loves the watch. I upgraded her to the X6 and had no issues with the cellular phone contract. I love the safety this has afforded. She enjoys the games and interactions Xplora watch has. Great graphics!!

Excellent Watch with Phone Calling capabilities that I was looking for. Perfect for the park, with friends, or out of sight. Used it multiple times for pick-up timing. It took a bit to set up, but I recommend the Xplora phone service. No problems at all.
I bought this watch for my 9 year old son. It was easy to activate. He loves it and won't take it off. I added only the contacts that I want him to have in the watch. We call and text all day. I can also keep an eye on him with the GPS. I am very happy to see him moving and he loves to check his step count. I highly recommend this watch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Xplora X6 Play watch is perfect, it came well packaged and the instructions was easy to read and understand. It's great for kids and fits perfectly on my daughter. I'm definitely a lot happier that she's able to make calls to me in case of an emergency. I like how you can change the colors of it , and it's easy for a child to use .
I got this watch for my daughter to use mainly when carpooling to soccer and to communicate with me when she's at school, etc. It worked ok for about 5 or 6 months, then just stopped working. Customer service requires emails that take them DAYS to reapond to. There's no phone number or chat option. I prepaid for 2 years of service because it was a bit of a discount and I juat didn't want to fuss with monthly billing. The watch stopped working for a few weeks and wouldn't gps track, call or text unless connected to Wi-Fi, which defeated the purpose entirely. After a couple WEEKS of back and forth with emailing customer service it tracks most of the time, can send and receive texts and receive incoming calls. However, it won't show her contacts or allow outgoing calls, again defeating the purpose. So another email thread to try to have them fix this issue. I regret going with Xplora now. It's been more trouble than it's worth.
We got the watch but was unable to activate because the sims card was a unknown sims card . In the process of trying to get this problem resolved but No customer service phone number to talk with someone only a email. Still waiting on someone to help us with this problem. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. We are so upset!!
