The Blackstone 15" Stainless Steel Pizza Rocker Pizza Cutter with Blade Cover Is a great addition to my household. We eat pizza as much as we can, and this pizza cutter has been very helpful then just using a regular big knife. It cuts pizza so easily, no matter what size pizza. It's not too heavy but not too light, just the right weight to it. Looks of great quality, like it will last a very long time with proper care. Also, it comes with a protective blade cover, which is so great to have. Overall my family enjoys this very much, and I would recommend.
Im happy to say this is an awesome pizza cutter. Its 15" in length, long enough to cut a large pizza. Its blade is made from stainless steel. Easy-to-use. Just place on pizza and rock back and forth. Makes a perfect cut. It comes with a cover,to protect the blade while not in use. This pizza cutter is something I've been wanting for awhile.
Super handy item to have in your kitchen, It's not just a pizza slicer it's just an all around great slicer. For bread, tortillas, omelettes you name it. My favorite use is for chopping lettuce for salads, way easier and SAFER than a chef knife. Just roll to the left, and then to the right, perfect bite sized lettuce for a salad! Should have bought one of these YEARS ago!
I love that this pizza cutter is stainless steel. It should last a long time without rusting. It is super sharp so you can cut through thick or thin pizza. It has a blade cover which I urge you to store it in. It is large and takes up space in the drawer. I found that it will also cut through bread or brownies. Anything you bake in a 15" or smaller pan. This would be a great wedding gift, birthday gift or a secret Santa gift.
Now I feel like a Pizza Pro though Blackstone Rocker Pizza Cutter is hard to use with Limited Counter Space seated in a wheelchair; But not impossible. * Almost slid the Hot pizza onto my lap and the floor . *I caught the pizza with the blade and was able to cut the pizza. I enjoyed the task that I completed .. Was the first time I used it in my life at 61 years old and disabled.

I've always wanted to try this kind of pizza cutter. It was so fast! I just centered it in the pizza, pressed down, and rocked it back and forth. It sliced right through! There weren't annoying places where the pizza dough was still attached. It has no problem slicing through the thick pizza with very little effort! I love the cover that you can place on the blade for safe storage. It's easy to wash, and despite being large, it's an easy item to store. Because it's slim, it slips right into the cabinet.
Let me start by saying this, am tired of my home pizza get ugly after cutting it so the walk around for this is letting it cold down so everything stays on place but that's no what I want so this is when this pizza cutter comes to the game it's a professional tool that will give you pizza a great cut without the need to wait for you pizza to cold down so you can enjoy a fresh hot good looking pizza at home that's something I always want, now I have it, this tool feels very well made it comes with a cover to protect the cutting side but it's only to protect but it's not sharp at all, very safe so no worries, quality feels that honestly it will last for generations, this is one tool I recommend for every home that enjoy home bake pizza looking great.
I used this rocker on a self rising pizza. I have never used one before so I believe there is a learning curve. I learned you need to rock the rocker a few times to get a clean cut and break through the self rising crust edge. Once you do that, the cut is clean. It really isn't a time saver from a wheel cutter, but is easier to clean. It has a nice blade cover for storage which is good because the blade is sharp. It is large, so takes up quite a bit space when storing it. It has a nice sleek look about it. Very strong, durable and good quality.
