Great for little hands!
I bought this toy for my two month old son while I was looking for something to get him to laugh. When I seen it I thought for sure if I bonked myself in the head I would get a giggle out of him. He definitely was full of smiles and a lot of interest because it made him start grabbing for it! He has never grabbed for anything before but has checked his hands out a lot lately. When I held it out in front of him he would put his hands to it but they were clasped shut so I opened one fore him then put my hand around his and swung it for him and he was so amazed he was doing it! Never has anything toy, person, sound, ever kept his attention as long as him playing with that hammer. He loves it and because of it he is now reaching for other things actively. I won't ever forget my first experience with this toy and I am sure there are many more memories to come with it!
