Man oh man did this bring back memories of my childhood. Waking up early in the morning just to Watch cartoons. The dvds arrived quickly and in great shape. Zero scratches and the quality is excellent. Definitely a great buy.
Great cartoon classic. All the full lengh shows. Watch on a big screen tv if possible. Makes you go back to the classic late 60's cartoons. Sit down Saturday morning & enjoy.
This is another saturday morning cartoon that can only watch it on dvd or BOOMERANG FROM CARTOON NET.
this and johnny quest man these are it if you grew up in the 60s
While the Galaxy Trio was my favorite Hanna Barbera superhero cartoon as a kid and the Herculoids were my second favorite, Space Ghost was right up there as well! There was more care and effort put into the Space Ghost series than the Galaxy Trio, and probably than the Herculoids as well by Hanna Barbera. This care shows up in the writing in my opinion, especially in the episodes close to the end of the season. I always loved his signature space ship, "The Phantom Cruiser," and the theme song was and is a definate classic as well. Here again, the packaging just as on the Galaxy Trio DVD was a huge let down in terms of WB's efforts and expenditures. They must have really cut the budget on these. The art is just attrocious. I could have done as good a job on the art as whoever did the stuff that they used and I'm not an artist. They needed to keep the quality of the packaging the same as it was on the Jonny Quest, Flintstones, Wacky Races, etc, season sets. They were all really nice, and this packaging is definately bargain basement stuff.
