Smells good and applied nicely but when I opened the packaging, the shampoo had opened and spilled all over inside, wasting a blob of product that I could of used.
When the bottles arrived they seemed wrong (see the bottles on the left purchased from Sephora vs. the bottles on the right from Walmart). However, it could have just been for a Canadian market, so we opened one and it was obviously drug store shampoo with a floral scent and everything. Terrible counterfeit - not even remotely passable.
I am very unhappy because I was scammed. This is not olaplex and I would like a refund. I'm hoping Walmart honors my request because I trust Walmart when making purchases but now I am going to have to think twice if it's not sold in a Walmart store. The QR codes are even conveniently missing the label in spots so they can't be scanned. Total scam.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED AND CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME WITH THIS!!! VERYY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!
My package arrived open and spilled.
DO NOT BUY!!! These are counterfeit. They are putting some other shampoo or god knows what in the bottles and selling them as Olaplex. It damaged my hair, smelled funny and broke my skin out. This is a huge safety issue and I went to customer service about it and got not help but they said they would “escalate the issue and notify the seller.” As if the seller doesn't already know they're selling counterfeit items. I didn't even know Walmart sold items like this from third-party sellers, but apparently they do and everyone should be very careful buying anything from Walmart online since they do this. If anyone knows how to escalate this to someone who could help I would love to or if anyone is an attorney and would like to start a case on this that would be great also. This is awful and could be extremely dangerous if they put something in the bottles that could severely hurt you or something that someone was allergic to. After reading other reviews it seems like everyone else has had the same issue and I would think that Walmart would stop allowing this seller to sell to their customers after so many bad reviews but after the weak response I got from customer service I'm actually not surprised sadly.
90 percent positive after comparing the bottle I got from the salon to the bottles I received that this is a fake product. My hair feels awful in comparison to how it did. the real one is the almost empty.
Def not authentic olaplex. Smells like mens axe and lotion mixed together. Left my hair “straw-like” and tangled! Do not buy! burned when applied!! 3rd party seller- label came usps and said “salon stuff” smh
Product is a fake. Has different smell than the one bought from my salon. As warned on Olaplex's website beware of the QR code being scratched. I bought 2 bottles from this reseller and both were scratched
It's a copy of the original olaplex product. It doesn't have the same smell and texture. I can't believe that Walmart is selling this type of product without knowing that it's not the real one deceiving customers. Label them without any differences from the original
