Works fine. Phone came in and box with numbers that didnt match the phone so returning it would've been problematic. When ordering through the Walmart app, make sure you are buying a product sold by Walmart and not another company sponsered by Walmart. That way if you have to return it you can do it at your local store instead of having to mail it back.
This is a great phone for the money but I got scammed on walmart.com and had to buy the phone elsewhere. I only wrote this review because walmart.com won't let me review the seller without reviewing the item as well.
I like it, good camera quality, good performance, easy to use, I like that it's inexpensive, it meets my expectations, I'm happy with it, I'm glad I made the right decision to go for it. it doesn't cost a lot like other expensive phones does with all the bells and whistles
Product shipped in a timely manner. So far works as expected. I do think it needs to be made even more abundantly clear that the device is refurbished. Reading over reviews before I purchased was the only reason I had an expectation that the phone would not be brand new.
I'd purchased a refurbished phone a little while ago and the speaker did not work. This time i purchased a new phone and I'm pleased that it works fine. Also the easy side by side transfer of data allowed me to use my phone in a reasonable amount of time.
Phone came with no manual or quick start up guide. No sim card. Was not sold by Walmart. Drastically overpriced! This phone was supposed to be unlocked but is set up for AT%26T. I tried to return the phone but Walmart told me I had to contact the seller. Seller was unfriendly and lied to me. I continued to bother the seller to take the phone back. Seller finally told me to return the phone but won't provide a shipping label with tracking so I'm supposed to pay for a label that will get "lost": I'm sure I'd end up losing my money AND the phone! I will never buy a high priced item from a seller that I can't just return to Walmart again!
The phone seems fine. The problem was the 3rd party seller through Walmart called Creo Distributions LLC. They kept trying to send me a used phone instead of the new one I paid for. Thankfully, I was fully refunded by Walmart. Read the reviews about Creo before you buy from them. Half of their reviews are very negative %26 many say the company tries to pass off old phones as new ones. I'd give them zero stars if that was possible!!! (SMH!!!)
The seller is deliberately misleading. They continue to advertise this as new, but it is not. Phone arrived with obvious signs of use. It was not in original packaging indicating once again, it was refurbished and previously used.
Worst buying experience of my life, don't think you are dealing with Amazon when buying online with Wal-Mart. The Third Party dealer sent me a Trac Phone, which goes for $60 less than the unlocked phone I ordered and paid for, and of course it was useless to me. After spending an hour in the store to return it, bouncing from the front desk back to the Phone department, back to the front desk then back again to the phone dept. My only recourse was to have Wal-mart send the phone back, finding out my money would be returned in up to 2 weeks, Wal-mart even refused to sell me the phone I bought online at the price I had paid for it.
Before you buy this phone, make sure that you are ordering directly from Walmart rather than a 3rd party vendor. I fell for it and thought I was going to get a brand new, factory unlocked phone at a great price, but it was actually USED. Fortunately, I was able to send it back, but you might not be so lucky. If you see a ridiculously low price that seems too good to be true, then it probably is! If you want a brand new phone, make sure it's coming straight from Walmart!
