arrived in decent time. everything is great i just feel they deceive people by not stating its a japanese model. however it doesn't really matter as the switch is not country locked. i play it everyday :)
Even though the description says “actual color gray” it is in fact the neon red and blue like the picture shows.
Was a bit pricey but worth the buy since I looked everywhere in my town and online and this was only place I could get a switch in a timely manner. Plus came with both Sword and Shield which I have been behind buying.
I bought the MarioKart Deluxe 8 Bundle. I did not received any code or game.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller. Not sure why Walmart allows such dishonest sellers on their site. We ordered a US version and they sent us Japanese version. Multiple reviews have this same complaint but it hasn't been fixed.
The Switch itself is great. Works well, kids love it. The problems come from seller and lack of resolution. We ordered the Switch/Mario Kart bundle on 12/19 and received the Switch, but not the bundle card on 12/28(delivery was also later than promised when purchased, but it was Christmas time so understandable). We've attempted to contact the seller directly multiple times since 1/2(We waited until after the holiday to hopefully avoid overlooked emails during closures). To date(1/15) we have had no response from seller. We've also contacted Walmart multiple times in hopes of resolution. So far, their "helpfulness" has been to let us know they'll email the seller, which does a lot of good considering their inability to respond to said emails. I understand mistakes happen, and the holidays are crazy. The wrong box was sent out, it happens. At the end of the day though, I paid for a specific product and shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops for a basic download code or even a partial refund for the portion I did not receive. These consoles are expensive enough to jut be dishing an additional $60 on a game I already paid to receive. Just poor customer service.
System is great but the over priced system way too pricey. Also stopped messaging me When I asked a question about the price.
Don't buy until it's priced normally
This Nintendo was overpriced! After my purchase was already shipped during Christmas I noticed other great prices for the same exact thing! So, because I wanted it for my child so bad I never canceled the order. I will never purchase any electronic products from Walmart again without comparing other prices!
