[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the s21+ and added a cover so it wouldn't get scratched. I also added it to the camera side and the photos came out blurry. When i took it off it was like i had a new camera! So much better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone several months ago and love Everything about it. Would have bought the ultra but i am not rich enough. My daughter has the ultra and it has a great camera. But the phone I have has a camera almost as great (satisfied)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This S21+ was my upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy S8, and man, what an upgrade it was! The processing power of this thing is mind blowing, I can't slow this thing down! And between grueling days of personal and business use, I come home and still have battery!? Amazing. Pictures are clear, and the options to edit without additional apps is pretty robust (I think.) The features are insane, from their samsung pass and security integrations, to Dex and linking windows. The only "downside" is how ENORMOUS the screen is.... but you quickly forget about that with two apps being shared split screen and a third in pop-up view ;)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal clear screen, excellent sound quality , and EZ to use. Mount in car and on motorcycle for GPS and music. Calls are also loud and clear. Photo quality is so good, I stopped using my 35 mm digital cameras on trips and now rely on phone camera. Quality of photos and on board editing are excellent. Only slightly larger than other Samsung phone, but screen appears bigger because it goes to the edge. Fits in shirt or pants pocket, no worries. Also got a great trade in value on old phone.
Samsung phone is the best phone for the money. I like Apple too but I prefer Samsungs wide range of app choices and android system. Please ignore these negative comments from ungrateful customers. Samsung products have never let me down. You just have an extreme expectation from a phone. Not everything is built to last forever. Plus it's just a phone get over your head please. Nothing wrong with my Samsung. It's always been good. Spread positivity. Peace!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I was an Iphone user and I didn't like android at all then a few months ago I decided to try the Galaxy S21 Plus since that day I fall in love with android. It's like living in paradise everything about it is so great especially the features without forgetting them camera's graphics they look so good I'm so genuinely happy that I bought it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone as a gift last Christmas and I couldn't have asked for a better gift. I've always been a devoted Apple user and never thought to ever get a Samsung phone. However, after seeing an ad for the Samsung Galaxy S21, I could not get my eyes off of the design and the amazing colors! After I got my Phantom Violet S21+, I thought I'd take a long time to get used to it, but that is not the case at all! From the getgo, I was so excited and got used to the system fast. I grew to love the customizability and features this phone provided. Not only that, but I love the camera quality—it can zoom in so clear and so far. Further, I can't get enough of the design and how fast this phone is, as well as the battery-life (seriously the battery-life is so good.) I've even convinced many of my friends—who are die-hard Apple users—to liking this phone, and most of them plan to get one this Christmas for themselves! It's just so in tune with how you want it to look and operate, something I couldn't do on any of my old phones. Overall, I love this phone and don't plan on upgrading anytime soon, it's just great. If I do end up upgrading, I'll definitely have Samsung as my top choice, because after switching over?... I seriously can't look back.
This is the first new phone I have gotten in years. Got it about a month ago and every time I sit down to play with it I am still finding new things to do with it. The pics are amazing. The video is supremely clear and this is the first phone I have ever had that can capture true to life colors. I took pics and video of an amazing sunset while a storm was rolling in and the colors were dead on with what the sky looked like. There are only 2 things I don't care for. 1. The side buttons are too shallow. My case makes them flush and I cannot tell when I'm even touching one. I had to put a dab of glitter polish on them so I can find them by feel. Ymmv depending on the case you choose. 2. There are way too many apps that cannot be disabled or uninstalled. I do not use many apps and when I have so many things that are pre-installed that I cannot do anything with, it is frustrating. Aside from those two things, this phone rocks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this S21+ 5G in March through the Samsung Shop App. It was an upgrade from the S10+. Easy to use the App and I ordered the Active2 Watch with it. I got a SmartTag and $100 credit for accessories as a bonus. I ended up with the Ear Buds Pro with my credit. I got them in the Lilac color with Rose Gold and they look gorgeous. The phone performs flawless and is fast. This is my first 5G and I have T-Mobile with great coverage and Gigablast WiFi. It's a very responsive phone and I never wait for buffering or a page to come up. I overall like the phone because it's so quick and the battery is excellent. I'm on it a lot and it lasts most of the day. There were a few disappointments. I wasn't aware the it didn't have the Heart Rate or SpO2 monitors and would have passed had I known. Those were essential functions for me. It's a bit heavier than the S10+. If you like quick, responsive, and great graphics, this is your phone!!
Life long Samsung user and I thought I would be happy with them forever. However, only after about a month of having this phone with no big drops and a case on it, the back of the phone completely cracked. And then less than a year after getting the phone, it began to restart randomly. At first it would restart about once or twice a day and it would be quick to reboot back on, but then it progressed to restarting at least 20 times a day and sometimes taking 10-20 minutes to turn back on. And then suddenly, one day when it restarted it no longer displayed my lock screensaver and is now currently in a never ending loop of restarting, asking for my pin, restarting, asking for my pin...I had my last phone (galaxy s7) for about 4 years with no problems before upgrading and I was hoping the durability and quality of the newer phones would be comparable but no luck I guess.
