I have only tried one other brand of protective case for a Samsung tab I purchased, biggest mistake I ever made. No one, and I say again, NO ONE compares to the Otter Box Defender Series Case. I have them for my cell phones, and tabs. Will only by the Defender Series Case to protect my future purchases.
By far the best case and company. They really stand by their Product I LOVED CUSTOMIZING my own case! I did purple and light blue its BEAUTIFUL and very feminine. (Not even that bulky)
I love there products because they keep my electronics safe ..and they have stylish colors.. i have dropped my phone so many times and its still looks new and my kids have tablets for year now and their tablets still look new when the case is taken off.. plus if your case is damaged customer service is your best friend
I love the Otterbox. I have a case for my cell phone and now for my Samsung Galaxy Tab. The feature I like best is that if my cell or Tab falls, it's protected. The Otterbox does a wonderful job of keeping my investments intact. I highly recommend this product.
I really like how sturdy, strong & easy to use & protects. I'm a bus driver & there's been a couple of times the either my phone or tablet has bounced down the steps of my bus. Had "NO" harm to either one of my equipment's. Thanks Otter box :)
We bought two covers for my children's (ages 8-9) tablets. They were hard to install, but once on, they're "sharp" looking. They have both drop them and their screens were very well protected, there are no scratches, and they work just fine. The colors are bright and when cleaned properly they look like new again! Very worth to invest on. Will recommend to our family and friends. P.S. Order on internet, but had a question, called and they were very helpful, answered all my question, and were very friendly.
I will use no other. Highest recommendation. In this case, you do get what you pay for -- a case that lasts and a company that backs it. We actually do keep our phones and tablets for a while and don't buy "the latest" every six months... we always buy an Otterbox. Its a good investment.
I let my one year old play with his fathers tablet in the otterbox case while watching his cartoons. It has survived him, it will likely survive a tornado. Great product, makes my husband feel secure using it. The built in kick stand is a great feature.
You need to have better instructions on how to take it apart the 1st time to put the tablet in. There were no arrows like the instructions said. I scratched the screen saver trying to get it opened.
My main problem with my Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 was in always felt like I was on the verge of dropping it. It's nice to have something so thin but the case is slippery. I ordered my otterbox to protect my tablet. The otterbox has a surface that allows me to grip easily without much pressure. Now that my tab is protected, there is very little chance of dropping it. Seems like Samsung should have considered changing the suface of their prducts (including phones and other tablets) to avoid slips and drops. Minimizing drop related customer damage by producing a rougher surface would have provided more value to customers. I also like the case stand as it allows for a more comfortable, hands free, viewing angle. I didn't notice any difference in the screen cover changing the original color vibrancy as I had been warned about. I'm happy with it - worth the cost.
