Lee Davis' film about a killer victimizing taxi drivers, 3 A.M. comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. English and Spanish soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. There are no subtitles, but the English soundtrack is closed-captioned.
