Love it! May consider buying another one in the near future. Perfect for grab and run. Love the pocket for cell phone so I don't have to carry it in my pocket. Also love the wrist AND cross-body straps. there isn't one thing negative I have to say about it.
what a sweet and dainty little bag. Just what I need to carry out with me. Holds every thing I need. I found out I just dont need a big GRANNY bag to go out and about with. Only thing I wish they would add a slot on the one side to stick your cell phone in. Now I have to stick my cell phone either in my back pocket or pocket of my jacket. Still, a very handy little bag.
I am replacing a version of this item that I had and used for a very long time. I am only replacing it because I got an iPhone11 and with the case I chose for the phone it no longer fit in my older crossbody. I use this for travel and love how I can toss it in my (matching) Vera backpack and if I decide that all I need is my phone and wallet at the moment I just grab it and go! It lets me be "hands free" to shop on vacation or anywhere! The quilted black material looks dressy enough even to take to a cocktail party.
I use this as a case for my iPhone 8. It is the perfect case to be sure the phone is protected if I accidently drop it. The small strap goes on my wrist if I have a lot of things to carry. I do not use the long strap because I do no want to wear my phone.
This is my first Vera Bradley bag and I wasn't sure if I'd like it when I ordered it. But the size and the RFID feature attracted me to it. When I received it, seeing it in person, I love the size even more. I've seen a lot of crossbody claiming to be small but they all turned out bigger that I'd like. Like how light weight it is and how much room it has for my cards and everything else you'd put inside a wallet.
Only had crossbody for 7 months an clip to strap broke and pull tag to zipper on the wallet broke . This was a replacement purchase to one I owned for four years and I had no problems till someone else broke the zipper on me . I see the clip is cheaper the my first one
I purchased three items that day. My purse began to come unglued on the 3rd day. The seem Should have been sewn! I am so sad. I am returning the bag.
I have several of these "all in ones". I call them a wallet on a string. I was a bit disappointed with the width of the cell phone pocket. It should be a bit deeper to accommodate today's phones. Mine is tight and it's an iPhone 11. Other than that I love this item and will continue to build my collection. I will look for sales though as it is a bit pricey.
The small leather tassle on one of the zippers came off with the removal of tissue paper wrapped around it. The thread was very loose. Unable to sew through leather without a machine. All the years of purchasing Vera Bradley, never had a defect. Disappointing.
I bought this in May 2019 to replace the crossbody I bought in July 2016. I knew from the moment I opened the envelope (Seriously? Vera packages used to be so nicely done.) that I was going to have problems. The quality of the materials have been lowered considerably. The metal pieces are thin and not nearly as sturdy as before. The zipper pulls used to be solid, and now they are just faux leather loops that are not sewn together very well. In regular use, the loop just unraveled. So disappointing. I honestly expected more for a product that costs so much more than the competition. I have bought many Vera pieces in the past and given them as gifts, but I won't be doing that anymore.
