Like new refurb. High quality all around: switches, screen, recharging and light to use. So far so good. So impressive that I may purchase a loaded Surface Go later on down the road.

so far so good its exactly what it says it is i had a surface and i dropoed it and screen shattered so was in neec if replacement and i found a great deal on my new one.
on description it said it was used and factory resestted which is a complete lie because i couldn't even turn it on all it said was there was an error trying to download windows. returned it because it was a joke.
Don't come with the pen or keyboard
Very slow and will not buy refurbished again
Product developed a crack and it wasnt taken care by walmart or the care plan as it was beyond 30 days return. Useless to buy online. When you are spending so much , buy from a reputed electronic store.
It would not charge. The display would go out.
