Extremely surprised with the ease of use, over all picture quality and adaptability for various applications and uses. I use this tool for inspections in hard to get to spaces ie small boiler mud/steam drums, low water products and in most places where confined space entry is an issue, this has given our co.the ability for our customers to see first hand repair issue's to be addressed.
I was very pleased with the quality of this camera. Its a big camera in a small camera body. Very clear image and the ability to use it in fixtures like toilets and others make it a great fit for plumbing service. Rigid has scored another touchdown with this tool.
The micro CA-300 was an occasional-use purchase for application when carrying out surveys / reporting on defective mechanical and electrical services installations in buildings (but NOT using the camera near live electrical conductors). I have previously hired much more sophisticated remote camera equipment for this task, but the micro CA-300 has proved a better balance between ruggedness, ease of use and cost.
This is a very versatile camera. I use it with my micro drain reel. It has capabilities of recording and play back. Also takes pictures of what your looking at. It's also great for peeking inside walls before taking out too much drywall. I would recommend this camera to anyone.
I've used this item for drain inspections, ductwork system inspections, wall inspections concerning possible mold, and interior pipe chasel inspections for possible hidden utilities. The ability to adjust focus, tilt, and take photo's is critical for our operation.
We have used this Camera to locate items in the sewer piping, tools dropped down vents, etc. I highly recommend this tool for plumbers in the service industry
This camera solved several problems for industrial maintenance!
This camera has all of the features you would want and is easy to use. The only downside is the imaging head on the older models had a slightly higher resolution and had a true up-is-up feature.

This fiber camera worked perfect. Needed to look into occupancy conduits with fiber. Snakes it down an found the problem. A squirrel had decide to make a home in the conduit and started chewing the fiber. If not for this camera we would have dug up and removed sidewalks. Thanks.. Great tool to have
