Good size, many benefits in PQQ, package is good value and helps the brain and many other stress related symptoms. I notice my energy production increase with continued use as it supports mitochondrial function.. No taste.

This pill unlike so many others is really small and therefore super easy to swallow. This is great for people who are taking more supplements each day. The pill also doesn't have a taste. Overall very happy with this purchase.
Supposed to mhelp your brain stay focused and help memory to stay sharp. Hard to tell if working right off, but worth a try if you have any of these issues approaching.
