The multi vitamin of this brand is of excellent quality. The ingredients listed is definitely of great potency. I bought it for my brother and he definitely benefited a great deal from this. I'm not going to tell you I feel more energetic or younger taking this vitamin, but I will tell you that I never get sick and this has improved some of my blood levels. For some reason, it's hard to find a multi with iron, especially if you take multis for 50+, but I had a slight iron deficiency and this took care of it. Like a lot of one-a-days it's a bit on the large side, but I find yogurt rather than water makes it much easier to get down.
