These earbuds are phenomenal. They let out a sound that personalizes a nice cancelation profile specifically for your own ear canal. When in quiet mode, I have to stand next to a speaker to even know if it's on because the noise cancelation is so great with these. The only drawback with these is that when I'm running in them, they tend to pop in my ears because of the inner seal. It just takes getting used to it.
These Bose QuiteComfort Earbuds ll are very well made and delightful to use. From the second I put them in and heard that tone to calibrate to my ear, to hours later of use, they have been very enjoyable. The app walked me through a lot of the features and sizing the ear buds to my ears for a correct fit. I had to experiment with a few size adjustments before I found the perfect fit. They include 3 different soft silicone ear tips and 3 different stability bands you can mix and match so you find the right one for your needs. The app is very useful and free to download. I like that I could make my own modes for noise canceling levels and label them. It also provides tips and more insight into the features available. The app is also needed to perform updates on these earbuds. I had an update waiting upon setup and they continued to work while it was preparing the update. The app provides access to change your preferences like Bluetooth connections and shortcuts so you can set everything how you like. I use these most of the day at work because I work outdoors and they help the time go by quickly. It doesn't take long to charge them from the case and I found myself placing them in the case periodically and they were ready to go again by time I was ready to use them. The sound quality on these Earbuds is amazing. It truly brings you into your music and its like a small concert inside your head. Paired with the noise canceling of these buds and you have a very pleasant experience and you are submerged in the music. The noise canceling on these earbuds id unparalleled in the buds category. With aware mode activated you are still hearing your surroundings and almost feels like they aren't in. When it detects a loud noise it cancels it out automatically. When placed on quiet mode they tune you out of the surroundings for a very immersive experience with your audio. The touch controls on these are great and worked well. You just have to slightly touch them. They are so simple and easy to control. Phone calls on these have been crystal clear and everyone says they can hear me well. Overall these have been the best ear buds I have owned. You can use them for work, exercise, or just for fun around the house. They are sweat and water resistant also which is something I need because I do sweat while I work. I would definitely recommend these earbuds and they are amazing.
totally extraordinarily satisfied with this set of Earbuds the sound is magnificent and I had other sets but not like these that inexplicable sound, and very easy to connect, they are so comfortable they do not move much less they fall off they stay very well in place and do not hurt your ears, very satisfied.
This review is for the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Series II, Noise Cancelling True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, Soapstone. So, my husband has had probably close to 9 earbud sets over the years of different brands. He has had some that were horrible and some that were decent. Most claim to be noise cancelation but really are not. We have never had one like the quality of Bose until now and all I can say is WHAT A GAME CHANGER!! To go from lower end brands to Bose really shows you what you have been missing all this time and shows you what noise cancelation really should be. These are easy to set up and use and the ear buds fit perfectly and comfortably in the ear. There is an app to use these with. They are lightweight and have good volume. It's been a week and my husband says there has been no static or issues. The noise cancelation we put to the test because my husband always likes to talk to me while he is shopping if I am not with him and normally I can not hear him because the background noise is louder than he is but with these you can not hear anything going on behind him and he is completely clear. I highly recommend these ear buds. Seriously spending the extra gives you quality! We can never go back now.
Wow. Wow. Wow! OK, first of all, I had read great things about these earbuds active noise cancellation technology being nearly or as good as over ear headphones and I was still absolutely blown away when I finally got to try these. I tried them on in my living room with my air conditioner on full blast for a sound test. The earbuds went in and within two seconds the active noise cancellation kicks in and everything just goes silent. I thought my air conditioner cycled off. I took the right earbud out and I immediately could hear the air conditioner in my right ear and then two seconds later the active noise cancellation in my left earbud turned off in response to my removing the right earbud and I could hear the air conditioner in my left ear. I tried this a few times because it seemed like no matter how many times I witnessed it, I still wasn’t sure if the air conditioner was turning off or if these earbuds were really that good at canceling outside noise. It’s that impressive. It’s almost unreal. If you want to make your daily commute through the city more peaceful, these earbuds will turn your ride in the subway into quiet meditation time. Close your eyes and you might forget where you are. OK, onto the sound and the Bose music app. Connection was quick and easy. A quick look through the app and I was very happy to see that there’s an equalizer built in to suit whatever it is you’re listening to. I sampled the bass as high as I could and found it very satisfactory. These earbuds won’t blast your ears but why would you want to? You can hear everything in perfect clarity. You can practically hear the air being pushed out the studio speaker vents in little puffs with every beat of bass. Beautiful. Next up, Whitney Houston came on and I hit the trouble as high as it would go and found crisp, clear tones that really brought her voice up front and center. Very nice. Personally though, I found listening at the equalizer baseline to be the best listening experience. I tried connecting to my iPad and streamed a movie in HD sound and was able to hear details I’ve never heard before. It really makes you feel like you’re in a soundproof booth with headphones on. I’ve read people mention they feel large in the ear. They feel perfectly fine to me. In fact, these are the most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever owned. They fit really well in my ear, snuggly in place but not painfully snug. I’ve worn these for a few hours straight without any discomfort at all. I gave them a hard head shake test and they stayed put in my ears. Volume control is also nice and easy. A little swipe up or down on the side and volume follows suit. They also handle phone calls very well but let’s face it, we’re not buying these for the phone calls. Range and battery is great. I was able to walk around my house a solid 30 ft or so before losing connection and with a 6 hr battery life with 3 full charges in the case I get 24 hours of listening time on a full charge. So those are the pros, let’s talk about the cons. There are none. I can’t find a single thing wrong with these earbuds. I’m trying to for the sake of this review, but I can’t. Listen, this isn’t a 7.1 sound system in your personal home theater, these are earbuds, and as far as earbuds go, dare I say these are perfect? Quite possibly. Now, I don’t know if I’m what you would call an audiophile, but I love and appreciate good music and quality sound and these Bose QuietComfort Earbuds 2 absolutely bring it. The ANC technology alone is so impressive by itself, couple that with being able to listen to HD sound in that perfect backdrop of silence and clarity is really next level. At $300 they’re not cheap, but if you can manage it and you want the best listening experience you can get, these earbuds are an absolutely joy.
Firstly if you download the app and just follow the simple instructions, its very easy to setup on your iPhone or Android (we are a mixed use household). The ear buds fit in very nicely - ergonomic design -- as expected from Bose's reputation. There are a few fittings you can try on to make it fit nicely into your ear. The sound quality on the Bose has always been above par (own multiple Bose products, including the Quiet Comfort headphones in pink) - this one does not disappoint. The noise cancelling can be turned on or off. Charges easily and retains charge pretty well. Cannot think of one negative thing to say!

If you are looking for a pair of earbuds for when you travel these are it! If you like complete noise cancellation during other activities then these are it! Comfortable, adjustable wings and tips, small charging case that can fit in pocket, Sharp looking design. The app keeps it easy to adjust the equalizer and modes. I definitely recommend to everyone whether it be casual users or audiophiles. TLDR: music, watch movies, calls 100% worth it!! Some times my left earbud would disconnect for a few second, Then reconnect. These were so simply to sync to my iPhone and iPad! The sound is so immersive and the noise canceling feature is a MUST have trying to get work done if you have kids and work from home. They last me 2 days and charge rapidly int he provided case! I would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting a quality pair of earbuds!
I rate these headphones a 4 out of 5 mainly because of the sound quality but I have a few things I'm disappointed in especially because of the price point. i really wish the bose name wasn't so large on the side of the earbud it's so distracting wish it was maybe smaller or on an edge. it has no wireless charging BUT that means it weighs less not an issue for me. there is no indication on the case that says anything about the battery and its a bigger case than other types of wireless earbuds but significantly smaller than past bose cases so that's good. there isnt a button that allows you to open the case which means that the case opens too easily also from my experience. the magnets don't really help the case stay closed. the process to pair it is a little difficult. first of all you have to have the app which i don't like and a lot of other wireless headphone don't need an app but if you want to customized your sound quality these are a great option.i like the ear buds that just pair with the phone by Bluetooth but this is definitely very technical The best part about these headphones is that they do live up to the Bose name in terms of noise canceling. It feels like it adjusts to the sound intensity. The quality of calling people is good also because it's very clear. I do agree that the charging time for the earbuds lasts about 6 hours with no issues. Again, you can customize the sound quality on the app. As most earbuds, these come with 3 different soft silicone ear tips and 3 stability bands but for the price I do think there need to be even more tip options for a good fit for everyone These look big in my ears but I was suprised they aren't heavy. I do wish that again for the price point that they would come with the option of over the ear holders too. It seems big but they do have a lot of features especially the swiping on the outside of the earbud wide portion that's unique and there's enough room for your finger to slide easily and a groove to know when to stop You do need to use certain functions on certain earbud and not that can be done on either one. The quiet and aware modes are unique and I'm glad there two options, you may need to play around to get used to them. I personally like the aware mode as it allows for more background noise to get in and I can still pay attention to other things, but there is an area you can change the noise cancelation and tailor it. I think you can only use the voice feature on the right earbud. you can't use one earbud independent of another at the moment uless you leave both outside the case but i did read it may become Available in an update. you also have to be careful with the amplifying power of these earbuds because some sounds are so loud in your ear. personally i do not walk around with earbuds i only use them to work out but would definitely not wear these all the time if I was looking for that option without removingsome of the noise canceling because its so intense almost like wearing earplugs. PLEASE add a find my earbud feature to the app it's really needed! Overall i think the sound quality is great but some of the convenience options aren't available and are actually better on some less expensive options
As with every Bose product, the quality of audio is really top notch, refined and well balanced. The product is extremely compact with a sleek and stylish design. It quite seamlessly connects with any bluetooth device and comes with eartips to give you a comfortable fit. The QC earbuds are really good at noise cancelation which makes for excellent sound quality when listening to music or using it for calls quality is extremely good when using the earbuds for that purpose. Battery life isn't great while lack of wireless charging is also a potential negative. Touch controls and app connectivity aren't great.
