I use this eyeliner pretty much everyday! I love the fact that wet n wild never tests on animals and offers affordable quality makeup! All the makeup that I'm wearing in this photo is actually by wet n wild :).
this is the only eye liner I use. It does not bother my eyes. I love the price. I buy two or three at the time.
Even after all the dip brows and powders, I continue to use this eyebrow pencil everyday!! I make small lines throughout my brow and smooth it out with a slanted eye brush. The pigment is thick enough and smooth enough to create a full and even brow. My holy grail for sure. Please never stop making it and if you do, send me all of the Pretty in Mink pencils! One pencil lasts me 6 months!

I love this eyeliner
I was really surprised at how well this pencil went on.. I have been using another more expensive brand for years, saw this and remembered it from my high school days. It goes on smoothly, doesn't smudge, and looks great. You just can't go wrong for the quality and price 👍
Does not go on smoothly. By the time I was done, I had red on my eyebrows because of the irritating from using it for so long, and it was not from pressure because I did not put force using it
this brand never lets me down as far as how my look comes out, but she definitely needs a good setting spray. awesome for a smokey eye.
I always use and recommend this eyeliner to my beauty customers, I'm giving four stars because since last year we have noticed that, the quality is not the same. The tip keep on breaking every time you use the sharpener.
The pencil was in good condition and sealed well. The inside color stick was dry and brittle, I tried sharpening it little by little but by 1/3 I assumed it was all bad :(
