We actually had a bit of discussion when this arrived. Our youngest (not so young at 12 and usually a Goth decorator) insisted that she just had to have this toy. And she has it in her room with her spiders and bats where it looks a bit our of place but it is just so cute it could not be resisted. It is an adorable soft unicorn mama with four lovely babies. Most any home will have at least one person who would want one.
This is unbelievably soft, exactly the softness that my daughter requires from her stuffed animals! The puppies are adorable, they all have different coloring, which makes them unique and adorable. ALSO! Surprise, they all have little butts. There is a pink "X" on each of the stuffed animals. My daughter thinks that is so funny and its now her favorite stuffed animal!
I think these are the absolute cutest! Sent the link to my dad to order one of the dinosaur sets, because of the eggs included, which the more pieces for my 3 year old the better. So, I just wish the turtle came with eggs as well and also wish there was a duck option with the eggs.
This PixieCrush Unicorn Mama and Babies and my granddaughter (age 6) are a match made in heaven! She loves this type of stuffed animal mama with babies in her "tummy." She already has a stuffed cat, dog and bunny with multiples of babies. She is very into unicorns at the moment so she nearly exploded with excitement when she received this unicorn mama and babies. This looks and feels like her other stuffed mommy and baby toys. It seems well-made and has held up to pretty constant use for a week, so far! The babies are easy for her to "deliver" and put back herself, which is a major plus for me, as Ive spent a lot of time stuffing babies back into mamas, when she couldnt manage it! This unicorn also has a zipper, which moves very easily without sticking or catching on any of the babies. Some of her other similar toys have velcro, which doesnt hold as well. Hopefully, the zipper will hold up to repeated zippings and unzippings! On a happiness of little girls scale - this is a 10!!
This unicorn stuffed animal was the perfect gift for my five year old daughter! She was so happy when she realized it was not just the mother unicorn but the babies as well. The stuffed animal is a perfect size, soft, and seems well-made, and the colorful baby unicorns are adorable.

This unicorn is obviously adorable but it goes far beyond that you get 5 unicorns for the price of one, the zipper has been a bonus too, my toddler has worked on her skills of unzipping and putting the babies back in. Shes extremely durable, shes already survived the wash and dryer on low multiple times as she is my daughters favorite toy at the moment and has been taken everywhere. So that has something to say about the quality! Shes extra special in our house right now, Im going to getting another as a back up.
These are significantly overpriced for the quality. Holes and strings coming out of almost all the dogs. One in particular needed a significant surgery. BUT - expecting another baby myself and explaining that concept to my two year old has been made significantly easier with these dogs. Theyre fun to pull out and each one is different. Especially perfect for c section mamas like myself. Two downsides - one, they should be 10-15 cheaper. Two, my son now acts out birth as "zzziipppp (as the dogs belly is a zipper)" and it makes me squeamish LOL.
My daughter loves this toy. Sadly, the zipper area has some serious structural integrity problems. After just two weeks the seams around the zipper began to give way and a small hole began to form where the stuffing began to peek out. A few days later the zipper popped off because the whole zipper assembly began to detach from the belly of the unicorn leaving the pouch open and further expanding the hole. I sent the toy over to a friend for repair and they managed to do some stitching and fixing. However, after just a few more days the issue began again. What it boils down to is that the soft, furry fabric of the unicorns body is inadequate strength to handle multiple tugs of the zipper. After a while the fuzzy fabric begins to tear around the seams and the stitches come out. Even after repair, the fabric itself couldnt hold up. Ultimately, there needs to be some solid reinforcement around this area either in the form of an underlying ring of stronger material for the zipper to be sewn into under the fuzzy and soft fabric to help hold the stitches and zipper assembly in place and allow for the many, many, many tugs and zips and unzips of the zipper by the many small children who will play with it. Another option is to use snaps instead of zippers (a solution that Nana and I came up with after the second round of repairs). I give three stars because my daughter still finds so much joy in playing with it, BUT for those who have no access or means to repair be wary of this particular structural flaw.
This stuffed animal is absolutely adorable. It appears to be of good quality, as are the little puppies inside. However, right out of the box, we noticed that there was a open seam right by its nose. Im not going to return or replace, because my son is SO in love, and would cry if we send it back. Ill just sew it as best I can. Make sure before you give it to your child, that the seams are all intact.
