[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it when I get headaches and it does work. How do I know? Well I have a O2 finger meter and I typically run about 97%. I took a shot of this canned oxygen and the meter when to 99% for several seconds maybe a minute.

Not too strong, just the right amount. It really helped with my breathing especially with all the fires happening in my area. I will say it absolutely works on headaches. I am an outdoor enthusiast --- hiking, skiing, rock climbing, surfing, etc. One of my biggest challenges has always been the splitting headaches and nausea I experience when climbing to altitudes above 7,500 ft. I started using Big Ox O2 in 2017 and it's done wonders for me. I take 10 - 15 inhalations during my ascent and it helps to take the edge off. It alleviates the negative side effects I get as a result of altitude sickness. I bring it with me on every hike, now. I also have my buddies using it now. It's small, lightweight and convenient. The only challenge is that I can't bring it as a carry-on via airplanes. So sometimes I have it shipped to my destination. Or sometimes I check it in my luggage. Overall Big Ox O2 is a great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a test and I recommend it. Oxygen in a can works like an asthma inhaler, it was easy and convenient. I was awake for a few days in a row with an horrible headache, I read the instructions and left better only moments later and sleep great that night pain free. My friend had used it after a night of drinking (don't recommend) and it helped her quickly as well. I wish we know about this product, Big Ox oxygen in a can, sooner. My father had CoVid and my sister got him a can.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oxygen not only works great, it tastes great. I really enjoy the cherry flavor. It's not too strong and doesn't have the nasty artificial taste. The flavor lasts for a few minutes. I have some lung issues and it's hard for me to take long walks because I run out of breath after a short distance. I took this on my walk and as I was walking up the hill, I started getting shortness of breath and I tried the oxygen. After a couple of puffs, my lungs start getting clear and on top of it, my headache disappeared along with it. I'm getting a new puppy and thanks to this oxygen, I'll be able to take her on long walks with me. This oxygen just may give me back my exercising that I need. This is a lot easier to carry than a portable oxygen tank that I would only need a couple of puffs during each walk. This is an excellent product and I would recommend to anyone that does a lot of exercising, walking, biking or anything that gets your lungs working to give you that extra breath you need. The cherry flavoring makes it a sure hit.

I have also heard this can help with migraines which I have quite often. I used during one of my migraines and it did provide a little bit of relief. I'm going to continue to use to see if the effect will get better with more use.

I can't say it does much besides give you a few pumps of oxygen which is what it's supposed to do. It's a large can and it's says you can get 200 breaths out of the can. I haven't finished the can yet but I don't see that being possible. I think for the price it's cool. Especially now with all the sickness going around having some fresh oxygen doesn't seem like a bad idea. I got the unscented and there is no scent.

The bigger headaches didn't really touch. After hiking and being a little worn out doing the recommended inhales I could feel energized again.
