Jarrow's PQQ is a BONAFIDE energy enhancing supplement. After daily supplementation, I can feel a marked increase in energy & stamina, both physical & mental. It's a great complement to other supplements such as CO-Q10, Ginseng & D-Ribose.
I can't say enough about the significant and far reaching nutritional qualities / benefits of PQQ. However, you can read enough, and more, about this remarkable and valuable nutritional factor many easily accessible places these days. New to most people. Worth learning about. I'm very thankful to have learned all about PQQ, and I like everything I've learned. Tried the Swanson's brand....nothing! Tried Jarrows PQQ... Super energy after 30 days!...it really works ! You have to wonder about the quality of the house brand

I am a retired medical researcher. I have had Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia for 8 years. I'm always researching natural cures. I read that 20 mg of PQQ with 300 mg of CoQ10 per day can help destroy the cancerous white blood cells. I have not been on it long enough to see if it is beneficial or not, but this combination can't hurt me. It may help prevent other diseases and mitochondrial DNA issues.
