Phone had no defects! Works great! No issue with set up, simple and took less than 5 mins. Phone already had SIM card installed so no hassle with having to buy one or putting in. For only $99 price and quality unbeatable. We haven't had any problems with service either. Ended up buying another one for myself. We cut our phone bill in half by changing over.
Purchased this for my son. I was hesitant purchasing a used phone. The phone looks brand new. To see it/hold it, you would never know it was used. My 14 year old is very happy with it.
Although it is a good price, I would suggest next time letting the customer know that it comes with a SIM card installed. That caused some confusion.
It's my first smart phone and it's everything I hoped for. Phone looks brand new--not a scratch or anything. Bought two of these brand new for $100 for family members on Black Friday 2016 and was very pleased, and I should have bought three. A refurbished one for $129 sounded like a great deal and it was. I have no regrets.
Purchased this phone for my grandson. It allows him to have a dependable phone without the commitment of a contract while having unlimited data! The phone is in pristine condition no scratches. VERY PLEASE OVER ALL!!!
This would probably be 5 stars if I didn't need to leave my house for it to work. Love the phone but only comes with Verizon cell service, my area only has AT&T.
I love the phone however the phone had a cellular data issue with my carrier and so I am having the device replaced. The phone it's self was in immaculate condition, I literally can not tell device is refurbished! Looks brand new! Great phone and even better price! Great Deal!! Take the Deal!
Can't text. Tech people are not any help. Ringer does not work for incoming calls. While Straight Talk is a good deal, there are many reasons to go back to high cost Verizon. EVERY time I switch phones it is an hours and days long struggle to get it right. How could it be so hard if that is what the tech people do every day?
I'm a apple loyal customer. I wanted to buy the latest edition, but didn't have the money. The phone I received was great except for one thing. the screen has a spot on it where it cannot scenes touch, so I could not finish setting it up. the customer service I received at the store was great, thanks for hiring such good workers.
I couldn't use the phone with my provider. I called ATT and they said the previous owner still is logged on in iCloud so I have to fill a request from apple company with showing proves of my purchase so they might accept to unlock it for me. And it might take few weeks. So I just had to return it. The seller didn't say that the phone is locked or only is able to use under specific provider!
