I really enjoyed the ease of the purchase of going through the payment plan. Took some getting use to of the buttons being on the right side. Camera is great, I'm still getting use to everything though. The Smart Switch was a lot easier then it use to be and I liked the little card that had the information on it of the imie numb and the Sims card as well. Super helpful!!!

Thanks for the help in my purchase of my phone it's not exactly what I wanted but smartpay would only give me enough credit to get this one I wanted the Samsung S23 ultra and I had paid off 3 phones with smartphone but couldn't get more credit.
I love the camera on this, and it's so much faster than my old S10. The S10 was a decent phone, but this....it's like going from a Ford model T to a Ferrari!!

It's a great phone. I love everything about, except the battery life. That is the only thing negative I would say about it.
Good phone. Does everything I wanted it to plus more. I Would have gave 5 stars but I did not because the fingerprint sensor does not work 95% of the time with a screen protector, But I can survive if that's the only issue. Would recommend to others.
The phone is nice, and i like the camera on it. However it cannot hold a memory chip like the other galaxy s phones and it also does not have a headphone jack. They are making them more like iphones in those sense now which is a big con for me.. Phone also does not come with a wall block, only a cord so plan accordingly.
It was stated that it's Straight Talk compatible. It's not. It took many hours to discover that. First had problems switching from Verizon to Straight Talk, then other tech support problems. Then brought it to the store. I was unable to get service on it. I was told it's a 3rd party phone and it's not compatible. It just won't work. I'm pretty upset as I had no phone for a couple days, bc old one was disconnected from Verizon, but new one wouldn't work.
My daughter received a new Straight Talk phone for Christmas. She is a long time Sraight Talk and Samsung user and has upgraded many times. She is usually able to activate on her own. She called and spoke with 3 or 4 IT reps who also could not get it working. Will be returning.
