Now the one thing that is wrong with this picture is it did not come with the piece that picks ups and hangs up the phone that is displayed on the picture!!! The GN1000 must be ordered separate for $40 and some change. I have had a few problems with the connection failing... not sure why, but just received this a couple of weeks ago! So I am still working through the bugs. I had someone tell me I sounded grainy when I was on this. But the volume is great! So nice to be able to maximize and minimize this... will take grainy over being stuck at my desk. So far love it!!!! No disappointments. Make sure you have a phone with a cord to the handset (no cordless phone) will work with this! Peace and happy buying :)
