Real high quality considering you have to self assemble the piece. Very easy to assemble using a power drill yet it did take many hours due to having to flip the top and bottom piece. The trim around the front sets around the front facing of the stand. I thought I was following the directions accurately but maybe they were not too clear. It would have been easy to make sure the pieces where facing the same direction if I took notice to the fact the trim clearly has to set into a certain side of the stand. There are 2 shelves you can use inside the cupboards. If you are wanting to stand dvds on end you would either have to only use one shelf piece or make the center area largest which greatly reduces your space above and below. I was fine making the shelf spacing equal and laying the dvds on side. Many opens in all sections electronic cords.
