Good flavor, not very sweet. I eat it after my workout as it is light to my stomach unlike other brands I have had.

Product best. Only received 1/2 my order, hard to get hold of seller, no answer wherever I've tried.
This bar has good numbers and ingredients on the nutrition label but the taste itself was a bit lacking. i prefer the quest bars and cookies which have similar nutrion but tastes much better.
someone else had said it tastes like licorice, which i love, and gave it a bad rating but i'd have to agree. definitely some kind of licorice extract but in a not so good way. i could see how it would mimic a fruity flavor and it's bearable to eat, but would not recommend or buy again.
