I'll be returning this right away… I'm not sure if this review is going to go to the general listing for Google Nest Protects or just from this company, IA Trades Inc. Originally I purchased the wired version of this product from Walmart and it came in a shrink-wrapped pristine package but wasn't the right model for my home. So I returned it and ordered the battery version. I was surprised to get a very dented package with lots of cosmetic damage and even some dirt on the outside. There was no shrink wrap so it looks like someone else had purchased and opened it, which was not what was advertised. Spoke to Walmart customer service about returning the item which I will be doing, but definitely annoyed with IA Trades Inc for selling a refurbished or pre-owned item that has already been sold and opened without listing it as such.
