I have always loved this shampoo. It smells amazing. It keeps my hair super hydrated and healthy. I stopped using it for a few months and I regret it! Since I started using it again my hair has never looked better!
Love these products. The ultra hydrating products leave feeling soft %26 very manageable. Great price for the amount of product.
This product smells amazing, I feel like my hair is more frizzy and course using these. My shampoo bottle came busted and I had to tape the bottom but ultimately transferred it to a smaller bottle.
My daughter absolutely loves this brand, it is concentrated which is good as the price is WoW. Thats the only thing stopping star %235
The quality of the shampoo/conditioner is high (which is why I purchased it). However, the shampoo bottle cap was damaged, which pierced the safety cover, leading to half the bottle leaking into the bag it came in. I'm upset because tis product isn't cheap. For this price, the bottles should've come with pumps. I'll be buying pumps for the remaining shampoo.
The Biolage conditioner is NOT the correct kind for what I ordered in the picture online . I have been going through this problem at other stores with purchasing this product that I love so much ! I am not the only person either that has had problems. It appears that the company has changed their packaging, but it also is not the same ingredients in the bottle . The conditioner has cupuacu butter in it and aloe is not on the bottle .
The box arrived on porch. Opened and it was suppose to be a set. The set had been opened and someone TOOK the conditioner out!! It would have been a great deal and a great day, but Not today.
It sucked the bottles was broken and I couldn't return to Walmart store was so upset for $61.99 it was broken and made a mess but I keep it to much of a hassle to return.
I have been trying to return products unsuccessfully it is a third party seller through Walmart. Correspondence poor please be aware of third party sellers through Walmart app. I did not know about this at the time of ordering. Still waiting on a response from Walmart or third party seller.
dont order they will ship you conterfeit product. if it doesnt have matrix on the label that means its fake. the shampoo was real but conditioner was fake specifically ordered off the pictures showing matrix on the bottle and they did not ship what they have advertised. tried to add a picture for proof but would not allow very clearly selling counterfeit products. id give a 0 if i could
