DVD labeled incorrectly - Red label means its Digital, Blue Label means its Blue-ray. Unlabeled usually means basic DVD. >Besides Product is stamped on the backside stating - Made in Mexico. Mostly likely a common mistake, but the problem remains, keep it as a Digital or send it back for an exchange
