I've always wanted to try a supplement that allows me to reap all the benefits of mushrooms without having to physically eat them all the time. This is a great supplement and the cinnamon roll taste is amazing. Not going to lie - I thought they were going to be gross but even when you open the container you can smell the cinnamon deliciousness and it feels like I get to eat a piece of candy every day as a treat vs. taking a supplement!

i take 2 every morning. These give me the energy and good mood to make it through my day with a mostly positive attitude(I'm a manager, it can only help so much). The effects last so long, I wake up the next morning in a good mood and ready to start my day. It also belps that they taste AMAZING.
I love how they're individually wrapped... did not expect that. I really don't taste much cinnamon.. To me these taste exactly like a Werther's Original chewy caramels. It's like taking a couple pieces of candy every morning. I also like how there's no aftertaste.

Great taste, not as tart as I expected them to be due to them being mushrooms, actually a slight bit sweet but not too sweet. A tiny bit pricey but that doesn't bother me because I think the benefits it claims to offer outweigh the price and only 5g of sugar for 2 of these soft chews it does contain palm oil for those looking to stay away from oils. Overall great product in my honest opinion. ~Abe
