the only problem is dont find the capusule flavors at the stores, we are from Houston, Tx and must buy it by internet in the web site Nescafe dolce. The coffe is great we love it.
I ordered this for a Christmas present and when we tried to start the initial rinse (which suggests you rinse six times before use)-immediately got error message "NO WATER". Decanter was full of water...It is possible there is a plug that should have been removed-but the instructions did not indicate anything at all to that effect. We did verify the one area the instructions did mention was not plugged-but the problem seemed to be where the water conatiner sits on the machine itself-not in the area that was indicated as could get clogged after several uses. Not wanting to break it-we just boxed it back up and returned it. Not happy at all-the instructions for set up leave a lot to be desired. So-never got to actually use the machine!!!
