Handi-foil all purpose with lid is a great product. Its sturdy enough for those heavy and large dishes. I love the fact that they are disposable, simply use and discard. This has a lid so once my dish is cool, I simply cover a refrigerate, awesome!!! I will definitely continue to use this product.
I made a chicken and rice casserole and I had to double the recipe since I was cooking for two families. I wasn't sure that my normal pan would be big enough so I tried this one. It worked out perfectly. It was large enough to cook over five pounds of chicken, four cans of soup and three cups of rice without having to worry about it spilling over in the oven and it was sturdy enough to not worry about taking it out of the oven. I have washed it and will be reusing it soon. The lid is nice and holds on tight but it's really tall, I guess to make it stackable with the pan. I really like that this is made in the USA and that the bottom is already 100% recycled.
I was given a sample to test and review as a Spark Reviewer. This product proved very good to bake with. I made some enchiladas and they came out perfect. The lid proved to fit well with the pan as I wanted to see if it would lock together well for travel and I can say that it would. I felt my dinner would not slip out as this lid seems durable for travel. I did not stire my food over night in this container so I can not specify if this product would leach on to the food as I have been told that some brands can from the acid in the tomato sauce, but again, I did not store mine in this container. I think I would definitely recommend this product for others to use as I would use this again in order to fix food for taking to another and being able to leave this container behind. This is a really solid product for bake and carry.
I frequently use foil trays for a variety of food preparations. They are very handy and having disposable serving ware is extremely nice! Nobody wants to drag home dirty dishes after a gathering or party. One of my complaints with foil trays is that they can be very flimsy. This foil tray, however, is quite sturdy! I also very much like how “tall” the lid goes; it increases the storage capacity within the tray. I very much like that this product is made in the USA. The lid also snaps very sturdily into place for travel. Quality, sturdy product- I do recommend!
I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart spark reviewer program. While I haven't baked with it, because it is so big, I can say that I'm very impressed with how sturdy it feels. I plan to use it to cook a whole turkey this fall. It's just too big to make anything for our household. It is the appropriate size for a party or holiday gathering. The lid is a nice addition. The pan itself is solid. Nothing cheap or flimsy about it. I recommend it for as far as I can tell, it's going to work out great.
I received a Handi-Foil All Purpose with Lid as part of Walmart's Spark Reviewer program. I loved the size of this foil dish for making heaping amounts of food. I used this Handi-foil dish to make a large chicken Alfredo that will feed my family for 3 plus dinners! This lid is a plus because it fits tight to keep my food fresh and it's clear do I can see what's inside. This would be perfect for lasagna or peach cobbler. I can't wait to buy more!!
This Handi-Foil All Purpose with Lid is very convenient. I was able to use it in the oven, take it out the oven and was able to quickly add the lid for travel. SUPER FAST AND EASY! Once back home I put the leftovers right in the fridge. No clean up! Can't get easier than this
This is a great pan to use when taking a meal to someone, because you can cook and transport the meal in the same pan; and then they just throw the pan away when they are finished. It is also great for a night of cooking when you just want easy clean-up. The All-Purpose Pan is a large size pan. It is great for cooking a whole chicken or cooking several different vegetables at once. The pan has high sides allowing for juices to not overflow. The lid is a raised lid shape which allows for bigger items in the pan that are taller than the sides. I would definitely recommend putting the pan on a sheet pan for cooking and putting in a box for transporting as the pan is not as sturdy to carry as a traditional pan.
This casserole pan is great for taking dishes to share, such as pot lucks or for dropping of food for a family in need. It's oven safe (not the lid) and deep enough for a good lasagna, for example. It has a plastic lid, which is great for transporting and keeping the food covered until ready to serve (again the lid doesn't go in the oven).
The Handi-foil All Purpose Pan with lid is perfect for cooking messy meals with little clean up. We always cook a Lasagna or other type of pasta meal for family get togethers then dread having to clean the pan afterward. The handi-foil disposable pan takes care of that, and the time I'd usually spend soaking and scrubbing is eliminated. What's not to love about that!? This pan came with a lid which helped hold in heat & keep the food safe while traveling to our destination. Just be careful as it's not a solid cookware, and is made of thin aluminum, because it can bend, leading to spillage without enough support.
