Easy. Even with backing not pulling off in one piece
This weather stripping has worked out really well so far, i used it for my front door and it's helped in making the door close more quietly, and took care of the drafts! Also as expected once you stick it is stuck and if you pull it off it and reapply it it won't seal properly and will just come off so make sure its where you want it when you apply it, but its super easy to cut with a basic pair of scissors and applying it is super easy! Im glad i purchased this and will do so again if need be!
it works really good if you're trying to keep the air from getting into your house through your door cracks this is the type of material that you would need to get
We bought a door that was SLIGHTLY too small, father in law will no longer be trusted with the tape measure, but luckily this helped seal it so the house stays comfortable!
i'd tried several other kinds of weather stripping with very little improvement. (had a gap big enough a small snake came in thru it!) but this fits PERFECTLY! wish i'd started with it in the first place! thanks!
Excellent product %26 preformed as expected
Put it around the frame of my front door where there was just enough space for spiders etc to get in the house, now they have to stay out
I was surprised how small these are. They are literally 1/4" diameter rubber strips. They are soft enough to seal, but too stiff to squeeze together in tight spots, which leads to gaps on uneven surfaces. The adhesive sticks well enough on the first application. If you have to restick them, they still hold a little, depending on the surface. The rubber material itself seems to be high quality. These are definitely only for sealing interior doors/windows, as they are too small and firm to adequately seal an exterior door/window.
I am not sure what is going on with their production line, but the adhesive was almost as bad as the last package I purchased, and it's even a different size!
Cleaned the frame, removed VERY sticky broken seal, fit perfectly, it closed the gap without too much rub and about 3 days later it began falling
