I love CHI hairstyling products so I knew this clothes iron would be great. And it is. Heats up in no time and is smooth, gliding across clothes. Steam starts almost immediately and the round flat bottom means no tipping over like traditional clothes irons. Love it.
This is a very nice iron, not too heavy. It has lots of steam openings and also shoots water at a touch of a button. It heats up quickly and irons most semi-heavy fabrics well on cotton setting with steam. It doesn't do as well on this setting without steam. Retractable cord makes it easy to store.
This is the Lamborghini of irons! I absolutely love it. It has multiple settings are easy to click to. It actually steams a lot! I was surprised how nice that steam was taking out all the wrinkles of my line dryer blue jeans. It's got a nice wright to it, I am clumsy and dropped it and it was untouched. I can say it goes through water, so make sure you eye that. I can't complain about the water, heck it'steaming out my wrinkled jeans! I will never iron with anything but this
I never thought I'd be so thrilled with an Iron, but this CHI Iron has really Wowed me! It works great! It's made by the company that makes the wonderful CHI flat irons for hair and seems to be of similar high quality. This iron really gets the wrinkles out! The setting dial is easy to read and also makes a soft clicking sound when turned when it reaches the desired setting. The water reservoir is easy to fill without overflowing or spilling down iron. The water level can be a little difficult to see because of the red color, but it is visible. The sole plate is Titanium infused ceramic. It glides easily over clothes. The steam function is adjustable and powerful. The misting button is easy to push and lets out a nice fine mist. The retractable cord keeps the cord out of the way when being stored and at the correct length when ironing. With a push of a button it retracts easily, it does not "whip" back into the iron. One of my favorite features is the pointed sole plate. It seems to be pointier than my previous iron. This feature is really good at getting along the seams.
I have always liked CHI products and I was glad that I had the chance to use a CHI iron. The water reservoir is large (About 2 cups), it warms up very quickly (about 5 minutes) and the steam that it releases is very powerful. When I'm ironing, the iron plate slides very smoothly throughout the clothes and unwrinkled them right away. BUT, the most Amazing feature is the retractable cord! I just loved how I don't have to be dragging the cord around or fold away after each use. This keeps my iron neat and I can organize my storage better!
This CHI Titanium-Infused Ceramic Soleplate Iron is very high quality and I really love the setting dials and steam options. The temperature control settings are super handy and it's really easy to select the correct setting choice for your needs with the simple twist of a dial. I like the spay & steam buttons a lot because they are very responsive and the steam comes out evenly, although, a little louder than I was expecting at first. The water reservoir make refilling a simple and mess free task and I feel this iron actually holds a decent amount of water. While to be expected, the iron itself is a little on the heavy side, however, it's definitely comfortable to hold and even has a nice rubbery type of material along the top of the handle for better grip. Besides the amazing quality of the CHI brand, the retractable cord is a huge plus on this iron, for me. It makes the process of putting your iron away and the actual storage of it way more hassle free! The cord can be quickly retracted with retractable cord button located at the rear of the iron. It's easy to push, but make sure you do hold the end of the cord while it retracts, because it goes extremely quick! I really like this iron so far and I'm so happy to replace my old one with something much better.
This iron is a bit heavier than the average iron. But that's the only slight complaint I have. Its heavy duty and built to last. It has a titanium plate and over 400 steam holes for faster ironing. Its got a retractable cord thats super long at 8ft. Its also very easy to hold as well.
Titanium ceramic with a retractable cord. It doesn’t get any better than this iron. With 400 steam holes ironing is easier and more efficient. I hate to iron but this iron is easy to use and does the job faster. The electronic temperature control takes the guess work out of the proper setting to use. Slightly larger and heavier than a normal iron but that is minor and the iron has earned a five star rating.
Let me start my saying I HATE ironing. I absolutely loathe it! I've used the same basic iron for years, so I was a little excited to get this fancy new one, hoping it would work better. The first thing I noticed was the durable feel and weight. Not too heavy but very sturdy. Then I noticed condensation in the reservoir - I assume this was from factory testing. It has lots of bells and whistles... typical variable temp setting, but has variable steam setting, self clean, retractable cord (this is amazing!). First swipe left white residue on my black top, so I wiped the plate down. If the setting is too cool, you can't use steam. There is a spray nozzle at the front which is pretty cool. I still have trouble with the steam - it can drip a lot of water onto the clothing. Not worth it to me, but maybe to someone who likes to iron or will use it a lot. It's definitely pretty and looks nice, but I'm not sure the extras on this iron are worth it in my opinion.
