I have been looking for this baby for a while now, read Reviews...studied it....so I hope it turns out to be what it should be, we camp out alot in field at fairs etc. And I love cooking but hate when everything sticks....so by all that is said about the "Blackstone" this is the answer to my prayer ??? Right ??
This thing is a great setup and I'm going to love cooking on it wherever I am. It was missing parts right out of the box but I'm sure customer service will make it right.
Love My Blackstone Griddle Grill BBQ!! My Wife Loves that I Love it too bc that means no cooking for Her, LOL I do Wish it had a 2nd Level Rack on the Grill side, just to keep these warm.... Only one issue tho, the igniter already doesn't work after 2 months of Owning it.... I threw out My last BBQ after 10+ yrs of Heavy use & the igniter still was working.... Still Love My Blackstone tho.... 🍺😎👍👍🔥
Just received the grill yesterday and I set it up but got into a glinched when trying to align the screws on the set of legs. See picture. What do you recommend?
I can't wait to use this grill, but when I assembled it I had to ream out a few holes so screws would line up and one hole had to be punch out. The grease drip on the bbq side didn't drip into grease trap, I had to modify it similar to how the griddle is.
Missing the igniter cap I went through the box and plastics several times never did find it and the back side nut zerts where never put in right or they drilled the holes to big the nut serts fell out of the holes so I couldn't put the handle on other than that the burners seem to be built well the lids seem a little flimsy when they are open I wish they had some kind of lock design to keep them open.
Excellent quality. Looking forward to many great meals. Assembly was a little complicated, but you have to work a little bit harder to achieve duality success. We're happy.
Didn't want to leave this but won't let ya go further without , dent in lid and shock absorber fully extended and will not compress , overall looks to be decent quality other than mentioned
My husband purchased the tailgater for Mother's day. We were really excited to own a Blackstone. We love the food from the griddle. Unfortunately, after less than a year, the grill side has significant rust damage. The top, sides and inside are all rusted. We keep it covered when not in use. I believe the materials used are not strong enough to tolerate the heat of a grill. The griddle side which we mostly use, is still in good condition.
Mending on wheel base poor , all ready pop off , other one looking same
