This griddle scoop with the raised edges makes it so easy to turn over foods that would normally fall off a regular flat spatula like scrambled eggs, fried rice with veggies, fried potatoes with onions and diced peppers or pan fried shrimp. And it is a great size to use for scooping the food onto a plate without everything falling off the sides like would happen with a flat spatula. It was easy to clean- I just put it in the dishwasher. The handle is very comfortable to hold and does not get hot. And I like that there is a large enough hole on the handle so I can hang up the scoop- I like keeping often used utensils within quick reach while cooking. I trust the Blackstone brand so I expect this to last a long time.
I have a lot of different uses for this scoop. I could use it in the kitchen or griddle, but I also think it's a good all purpose scoop for my gardening and yard work so that's what I use it for. The handle is huge and easily gripped, plus its weather resistant and can handle the outside.
Fantastic product. I actually got it to use for cleaning out my fireplace lol. It works great for that and hangs fine on the fireplace tool set. Very heavy duty - not cheap or flimsy. Would be awesome for several things other than grill use. Definitely recommend.
This scoop is pretty large, as you can see from the first picture where I have a can of beer as comparison. It is generally very well made with hefty hand feel. The most crucial parts, i.e., the rivets that attach the handle with the scoop, are made of medium duty rivets. But if I am just going to use it for its intended purpose of scooping up fried rice, it will last me a hundred years easy. Very solid product!
This griddle scoop works perfectly for doing sausage and onions on our flat griddle, or in one of our many cast-iron pans. It's got a very nice handle and the scoop is very large. I'm excited about trying it out on our grill when the weather gets better.
I never thought that a simple tool such as the Blackstone Griddle scoop, would change my life. I was wrong. This scoop has changed everything about cooking on the griddle. I love this scoop. It is rather solid. It has a convenient and heat-resistant handle. I like the form of the scoop that allows not just lifting something Cook on a grill or pan but also holding it thanks to the bent edges of the scoop on both sides and at the handle side, too. That is an entire game-changer in my cooking. I used to try to hold another scoop in a way that would allow safely move, for example, my steak from the grill to my plate, and it was challenge because in a lot of cases, the stake could slide from another scoop back into the grill or, worse, on the ground between my plate and the grill. With this griddle scoop, the problem is solved because it easily allows me to lift, hold, and move my meat from the grill into my plate or a bigger pan. Nothing slides anywhere. Everything I pick up with this scoop stays in the scoop. That's the way I like it! The scoop has a rigid and sturdy design. It is heat resistant. I am happy that the scoop is constructed of durable, rust-resistant, stainless steel. I also like that it is safe to use on induction and noun-stick courted pans, and it is also safe to clean in a dishwasher. I recommend this scoop.

This small griddle scoop by Blackstone is amazing. I've been looking for one to use on our indoor griddle and this is absolutely perfect. It is very well-made with a thick rubberized handle that is short enough to still fit in my indoor cabinets. It has a lip on the sides to hold whatever you're cooking in place when you scoop up a large amount. I love that the overall size is shorter than most, but the scoop is really wide. It was easy to clean.
Nice sturdy scoop for my Blackstone - or any grill really. This is like a little shovel. Perfect for flipping veggies, chops or really anything. Handle stays cool to the touch. Well made. We will get a lot of use with this utensil.
