This is a great cleaning brush. A well thought out designed brush with a scraper on one side and a good bristle brush on the other. It is long enough so when you clean the pizza stones you won't get burned
Bigger than needed with this size of an oven but we'll made.
Very good quality for a good price. Does an excellent job of cleaning up the mess.
Great for cleaning the stones in the pizza oven. The scraper is solid and the bristles are just tough enough to clean the extra cheese off the stones.
Unfortunately, this brush is a bust. Blackstone's usual very good quality, but doesn't function well. Not only is it too big for their pizza oven, hitting on the inside to, but it can't be used when the oven is hot (presumably because it will melt). A better brush would be much much smaller, have a wood handle and steel bristles.
I'd like to use this in between making pizzas but I can't because the bristles are plastic
