There were apples missing from my order. There's usually always at least 6 apples in the bag if not more, the bag has been open and only had 4 in the bag.
One of the apples was totally rotten. While it was only one the price of organic is outrageous. Your shoppers need to look closer at produce like they were buying for themselves.
the bag of apples that i received had rotten apples in it, so much so that green mold was grown in it! thankfully a refund was issued.
this was supposed to be two punds of apples. i weighed them on a postal scale when i received them...there was only 1 pound 8.5 ounces of apples. By weight, i was ahorted approximately two apples...but charged for the full two pounds.
5 of the apples had to be added to compost, they were very bad. Here is photo of one of the apples. Please refund the cost of the apples!
Did pickup, the apples were all dented and soggy leaking into the bag. Ridiculous that whoever picked these up didn't see this. :( the apples aren't crispy like honeycrisp usually are. Will be shopping for apples at Whole Foods from now on, they have the best apples.
Rotten, mushy apple leaked all over other apples. I noticed it immediately without having to open the bag. Why do I have to go all the way back to the store to return these instead of just being refunded? It will cost me almost as much in gas. Disappointing.
This is a review of the pickup personnel. You had to know that there was a dripping, smashed, and completely rotten apple in my bag of apples. It was the first thing I saw. You could have (1) taken that apple out and closed the bag up before weighing, (2) given me a different bag without a mashed rotten apple, or (3) given me my replacement selection if there were no other bags of this variety available. The staff needs more training.
I've order these for delivery 3 different times and each time 1/2 the bag is grossly rotted. They need better management in produce!
The picture speaks for itself. I don't understand how the manager over produce could have these on their shelves this bad. I don't understand how the Walmart shoppers can fathom putting this in someone's order. Every time ive tried to buy Walmart produce, they fail big time with rotten food!!!
