Received this sear sauce a few weeks ago and it adds great flavor to your meat. It adds a little something extra and brings out the juices. Smells great.
I used the Blackstone Loaded Italian sear and serve sauce as a marinade for my boneless chicken on my 4th of July get together.I took my boneless chicken breast and put them in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil then poured the whole bottle of sear and serve over the chicken and put in the refrigerator to marinade for about 3 hours before grilling them. A few of my friends commented on how they liked the flavor and also the moistness of the chicken. Worked great as a marinade, I also liked the flavor. Would definitely use again.
Loaded Italian is absolutely wonderful. Tangy and full of flavor. Blackstone makes some of the most wonderful flavors If like Italian, you are gonna love Blackstone Italian dressing and marinade. Used it on chicken , beef and venison. You can use it as a marinade or just a BBQ coating. received high reviews from everyone that was at the BBQ. Try some of all the flavors they have to offer. Well worth the try!!
I have to say I am not the best when it comes to cooking meat so I decided to try this Italian Sear and Serve sauce to see if I could prepare something tasty with it. I used it for a marinade in a bag with my chicken in the refrigerator for a day and then put the chicken on to cook basting with the sauce. The flavor was very much there and delicious and my meat was so tender. I'll definitely use it again and I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors too.
I used this to marinate chicken for the grill and it was delicious. I also tossed sliced sweet potatoes, squash, and zucchini with it and baked in the oven and we really enjoyed it with our trout. I recommend this product. I also drizzled on tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet onion to go with green beans. It is versatile especially with my garden vegetables.
This is a good marinade to keep chicken juicy. I used it on halved chicken breasts that I then grilled on my gas grill. I basted both sides while grilling as well. The chicken came out very juicy and tender. It definitely has an Italian flavor to it, more so than even using Italian dressing as a marinade. I only marinated the chicken for about an hour before grilling, so for them to be that moist is pretty good. It is pretty heavy on what I think is oregano, so it's somewhat unbalanced, but for a quick, pre-made marinade, it's pretty good. My husband scoffed down two pieces and said he liked it.
I used this as a marinade for boneless chicken breast. After thawing out the chicken, I placed it in a plastic bag and covered it in the sauce. I let it set all day occasionally turning the pieces so all sides were equally marinated. Then the breasts were grilled to perfection. We poured a little sauce over them after they were removed from the grill. The chicken was very good. It was kind of like what I do with chicken and Italian salad dressing.
This is a 16oz. bottle of Sauce that is loaded with Italian seasoning. It can be used on just about any meat to add a zesty Italian flavor. Great for foods cooked on the grill or even roasted or broiled in the kitchen. This is not a thick sauce at all. It has the consistency of an Italian dressing or marinade. I prefer a thicker sauce but I used it on roasted chicken and it gave it a true Italian flavor.
One thing that you can see right off the bat is all of the spices floating around in the bottle. I would recommend injecting this sauce rather that just pouring on top as it is a little oily and does a quick seperation.
This "sauce" tastes like oil, lemon juice and pepper... because that's what it is. I'm not a big fan of black pepper, so it was too much for me. It would probably work well with fish.
