I've been doing the Keto Diet, so I've been using a keto friendly ice cream. I've missed having toppings. This caramel was yummy and the consistency was perfectly gooey!

I also really liked that it's sugar free. The only downside is having to run the jar under hot water to loosen it up. I wish there was a better way to warm up the caramel, but other than that it was good!
