Very easy to use! I bought this to for a quick read during flu season before my son and I head out and interact with others. Its extremely accurate as I tested it against multiple forms of thermometers. Its a super quick read and very easy to use. Im really happy with this purchase.

Decent for the price but occasionally you have to do it a couple times to get a correct reading. Honestly that seems to be the case with all the cheap ones so you get what you pay for that's fine.
After purchasing item, it seem to work for the first one or two times. After that, it will not accurately read temperatures either on the forehead or ear. As others have stated, you can take multiple readings in the same location with a great variety of outcomes. Tested it alongside of another thermal reader and an oral thermometer, this one did not come anywhere close to those readings. It is not appear that there is any way to reset this thermometer. Definitely would not purchase.
Came with dead batteries and I requested they send batteries as that was not a good vendor practice to send out like that. They said they would instead refund me $5 which I am still waiting for. If I ever get the $5 I will amend this review.
it reads a different tempature every time you use it even if you do it in the exact same spot and the exact same way. it says i have a fever every day even when I feel fine.
I dislike the fact that I asked to have ALL packages be put over the gate into my yard due to thieves. An again the package is still left outside my gate and yard!! Wal-Mart was doing great for awhile, even providing an photo of the package and now even that has stopped!!
