very good
My grandson ( 3 years old ) has moved out of his parents home and is now living in his castle ! We are only allowed short visits before he returns to his Kingdom ! I hit a homerun with this toy , Thank you ! Love it !
My two year old loves his castle, being just the right size for him to play in. My seven year old likes it as well. The hard part is keeping the 7 year old out so the 2 yr old can play in it.
My 4.5 yr old son asked for this castle for Christmas, it is amazing. easily to assemble and of fairly decent quality.. he loves it so does big brother (and Dad!) the roof is a thick cloth, but it does easily shift around and come apart and needs to be "put back together" quite often when they play the roof lines clicked back and the occasional block, but an awesome house thats safe and isnt complicated to put together
We bought this for our grandchildren and they love it. They play with it every day. It was a little pricey i thought there would be more blocks. We were disappointed in the open smashed up box in came in. It was missing all the stickers that go on it. It appeared to be used and then returned.
I wanted to get this for my boys for Christmas but was hesitant due to how much it cost in store but saw it sold for less online so figured would get it. After setting it up I am very glad I didn't pay in store price and even think the online price was too much for this. It is flimsy. The blocks need something to link them together. Barely any pressure and the walls fall over. Which isnt good due to the openings on all sides. When the kids go to look out openings it wobbles and the building bricks fall over. The door falls off a lot and needs better pieces to keep it on. The age should also be adjusted on this due to how small and short it is. My 5 year old can't stand up in it at all and even my 19 month old hits the top front when walking in (which isn't too big a deal). The plus side is both boys seem to like it so far. With my 19 month old showing more interest in it. Overall I would recomened it if find it on sale for 50 or less.
I purchased the Mega Bloks Castle Play Set for my 2 year old son. The blocks are large and easy for little hands to grip and stack. The canopy is made of a sturdy cloth material. However, every little bump makes the canopy fall down. The blocks lock together very loosely, and every time a wall gets bumped, it falls apart. It makes a better wall with a door than a castle. I have completely removed the canopy from the castle set.
The castle play set was very small and should be bought for use by one toddler size child. The blocks do not stay together and they fall apart easily. Re-building the set to make the castle into other types of buildings doesn't work well. If you could purchase the large blocks separately and build the structure larger I think it would work much better.
Top does not stay on, blocks do not stay together very well and the door keeps falling off. Don't waste your money, its better to buy a little house from stage 2 or little tykes. Bought this for Christmas for my 2 year old.
