I saw this adorable Easter craft online and decided to get it well before Easter to have for my 5 year old daughter on that day. She loves to paint, color and draw so I thought this would be fun for her to decorate and then put a little plant in. Of course when it arrived I opened it and she saw it... so she had to paint it right then! I have to say it is super cute and a good size for kid hands. I put down some thick paper and she got to work. It comes with the pot, 1 paint brush and 4 different colors (blue, pink, orange, green). It's got little carrots, eggs, baskets, bunny and little bird on it. Afterwards it was pretty easy cleanup and we have the brush and leftover paint for some more creativity. It's not necessarily a masterpiece but she had a blast painting it and I like to encourage anything that's not electronic related, lol. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the pot is and overall my daughter and I really liked this! I would honestly recommend it, 5 stars.
This is a very cute paint your own pot Easter addition for ages 3 and up. The lot comes with paint and a paint brush, my son absolutely enjoyed using all four of the paint colors. Painting the carrots and the bunnies was his favorite.
I have been working on this project myself as a challenge to go out of my way and do something fun that I wouldn't normally do. The colors are very bright and can easily be layered. My advice is to dip it into water to swirl the brush to a tip before beginning so it holds that shape and is easy for painting around tight areas. Has a super cute design for Easter and can be a flower pot or hold decor, candy, whatever else you can think of. Has a plug at the bottom to retain water if you go that route. Pot feels different than other pots, has a white smooth finish and is smooth to the touch. Definitely an activity to get older kids involved in. Comes with 4 paints, a smaller brush and the pot itself! I highly recommend!
My son really enjoyed painting this Easter pot and then planting flowers in it. It's made nicely and holds paint well. Definitely recommend getting these for your kids to do!
This pot is very cute. It was fun for my 4 yr old to paint and see what they were doing as the paint dried on the pot. The paint is a little thin so the color isn't very bright but still a cute craft.
