I had ordered this item to be delivered. I received it, and upon inspecting my order, this product had rotten and moldy apples. I contacted the local store who informed me “That is just a risk you take when you order on-line”! I asked if I could return the item and exchange for a better product and was told that they did “not accept returns or refunds on the food that is ordered in line”! I was not happy with this. Asked for a manager. I was told to hold and then the phone call was terminated. I called back asking to speak to a manager and they drilled me as to why I needed to speak to one. Needless to say, after five minutes of them not getting me a manager, I hung up. I am seriously considering canceling my Walmart membership. This really is not how customers should be treated. So disappointed.
The convenience is nice but a shelf life of less than 24 hours after receiving them is not worth the cost of purchasing precut fruit. They were part of my grocery delivery order so I wasn't able to check dates in the store. Will likely not purchase again.
Received them and the apples were all mushy. Can't figure out how to submit for a refund.
Normally the apples are fresh and good but on today I received a package that was brown…the expiration date was May 11. This is the first time that this has happened so maybe the person that picked them just did not look at them. I will say that I did a refund and it was granted by Walmart. I have no apples but at least I am receiving my refund.
Expired product
Why every time I order food it's either expired or expired the day I get it. Your shoppers should be more concerned and aware. Pickup was today march 22 2024!
The apple slices were rotten when I received it. All of them had pieces of rotten apples in the bag. I DONT understand how this is being sold
Even after reading the reviews I decided to give them a chance. They are brown and soggy and expired. Picked up today 12/10 expired 12/9, unacceptable.
Just opened it an the apples were turning brown already !
The apples appeared to be old and had mold on them.
