I live in a townhouse and purchased this product to replace a 12 yr old dresser. After 6 phone calls for replacement parts (cuz nobody would listen to me when I tried to explain the boxes are NOT packaged the way their systems say), I finally got in touch w/the manufacturer (or at lease somebody who said they could send the right parts). I finally got it put together. I probably would buy it again and recommend it to others because it is doing what I need it to do.
I was a bit disappointed when I realized the dresser did not match the image's color from the website but instead is a very faint brown. Advice about the drawers would be to ignore the glue that comes with the product; it does not hold strong enough so I would suggest getting a nail gun to each edge. Also, don't be afraid if the drawers edges come apart when lifted, they are very thin and break easily but a nail gun will fix that.
Color didn't match pictures on the web sit. Instruction book is printed on every other page with no online support. The top drawers of the dresser have to be pulled apart to be close. All of the drawers are held together by wood printed paper which fell apart during shipping.
