Italy in August is HOT. But we love to tour, walk miles, take excursions and visit ruins. I was so glad I had these with me. All I had to do was grab a small bottle of water, pour in a packet, shake it up, and guzzle. I have a tendency to get heat exhaustion so these were critical to staying healthy.
